About

Enda tamweel is a Tunisian microfinance company approved by the Ministry of Finance on December 31, 2015. Created by the non-governmental organization Enda inter-arabe, a pioneer in the microfinance sector in Tunisia, Enda tamweel aims to promote economic and social inclusion of vulnerable populations (especially women, young people and rural populations) and to contribute to the economic development of the country.

It works in particular for the promotion of entrepreneurship and thus contributes to the national effort for the promotion of self-employment of young people and women in disadvantaged neighborhoods and rural areas.

Leader in the sector, Enda tamweel offers its customers diversified services and lines of credit adapted to the needs of each type of micro-entrepreneur through a network of 84 agencies spread across the country. Through its close collaboration with the inter-Arab Enda association, it also offers them training, coaching and marketing support activities that help them improve their skills (know-how and interpersonal skills). Thus, it helps them to perpetuate their micro-enterprises and allows them to improve their living conditions as well as those of their families. Enda tamweel's goal is to contribute to the financial inclusion of around one million Tunisian micro-entrepreneurs by 2020.
