Energy Resources International, Inc. (ERI) is an international energy consulting firm located in Washington, D.C. ERI specializes in performing independent resource, technology and market analyses; energy policy-related analysis; and economic consulting, and strategic planning and procurement consulting associated with the nuclear fuel cycle.
ERI was established in January 1989 by Julian Steyn and Michael Schwartz to provide independent consulting services in the areas of nuclear power and nuclear fuel to private companies, governments and institutions in the United States and internationally. Thomas Meade and Eileen Supko became company shareholders in 1996, and have helped to grow ERI into an internationally recognized consulting firm with expertise in the areas of the nuclear fuel cycle, nuclear nonproliferation, energy policy, and environmental regulations, including matters relating to:
