About

International Enterprise Singapore and SPRING came together on 1 April 2018 as a single agency to form Enterprise Singapore.

Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development. They work with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate and internationalise. They also support the growth of Singapore as a hub for global trading and startups. As the national standards and accreditation body, they continue to build trust in Singapore’s products and services through quality and standards.

One agency to champion enterprise growth

The world is changing constantly at a rapid pace, and technology is disrupting companies, industries, and the way they do business. With Asia as the world’s current growth engine and Singapore right at the centre of it all, opportunities may be rich, but competition is more intense than ever.

In this environment, companies need to act nimbly and integrate capability building, innovation, and internationalisation in your strategies to prepare your businesses for the future.

Enterprise Singapore was formed with this in mind. Growing Singapore companies (either locally or overseas) has always been at the heart of the work of both International Enterprise Singapore and SPRING Singapore. Together, they will work with businesses – from startups to SMEs and high-growth companies – as a single agency to support your growth.

Developing resilient and competitive industries

To enable businesses navigate today’s enterprise landscape, Enterprise Singapore adopts a company-centric approach. They do so, by providing programmes and support catered to your company’s stage of growth, the industry you are in, and the overseas markets of your interest.

Together with their extensive network of local and overseas partners, they support the efforts to enhance industry and enterprise competitiveness through the 23 Industry Transformation Maps (ITMs). They will work with your company to capture new market share through upgrading and innovation; adoption of new technologies to improve productivity; facilitate expansion into overseas markets; and strengthen leadership capabilities to build talent pool.

Beyond growing enterprises, they will continue their efforts to build trust in their products and services through quality and standards, as well as establish Singapore as a leading startup and trading hub.
