Principles of management and use of funds of EPF
The management and use of EPF funds shall be in accordance with the following principles:
1. Centralized and unified in accordance with the state budget system;
2. Targeted, economical and effective;
3. All revenues and expenditures must go through the accounting system of the National Treasury, accounting in accordance with the basic principles and rules of state accounting;
4. To be flexible, agile, fair and transparent, to ensure expenditures in accordance with the annual plan;
5. Regular inspections and inspections in accordance with laws and regulations.
EPF capital reserve
The EPF's capital reserve mechanism is divided into six types:
1. Funding for policy and environmental empowerment ;
2. Funding for biodiversity conservation, including forestry and community development ;
3. Environmental funding, including pollution control ;
4. Funds for sustainable water resources management ;
5. Sustainable land management capital ;
6. Climate change funding.
