Central and South America
We work with international development partners and governments across Central and South America on a range of regional-specific issues across a variety of sectors. Selected projects we have been involved in include a financial audit of disaster prevention and social reconstruction in Venezuela and development of power sector assets in Mexico. We have more than 4,000 people in 59 offices across 18 countries in Central and South America.
We have significant experience working with international development partners and governments in areas such as governance and policy, financial sector reform and program monitoring and evaluation. Projects we have been involved in include a grant management project in Liberia on behalf of UNICEF and a change management strategy for public financial management reforms in Zambia. We have more than 4,000 people in 41 offices across 24 countries and support partnerships in the majority of other countries in Africa.
We have strong relationships with the major European international development partners (EuropeAid, DFID and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) and we have in-depth experience working on international development partner-funded projects in Eastern and Southern Europe. Projects we have been involved in include the design and implementation of the Mediterranean Solar Plan on behalf of the European Commission. We have nearly 50,000 people in 47 countries in Europe.
Asia (excluding Japan)
We have undertaken various projects related to national level and provincial level policy advisory, institutional capacity building, project management, competitive bid process management, public finance reforms, accounting reforms, economic development, restructuring and corporatization in a variety of sectors such as health, education, infrastructure and ICT. Projects we have been involved in include the design and implementation of a development policy support program in the Indian region of Orissa, and targeted budgetary support for poor basic education reforms in Cambodia. We have more than 21,000 people in 54 offices in 17 countries across Asia.
Middle East and North Africa
We work with both international development partners and governments across the region supporting them with public finance reform and economic development. Projects we have been involved in include a financial and operational recovery plan for ESCOM Malawi and the Mafraq-Ghweif at Highway PPP Project between UAE and Saudi Arabia. We have more than 4,000 people in 20 offices across 15 countries in the Middle East and North Africa.See more
