VISION

The UEMF sets itself up as a Euro-Mediterranean platform for intercultural dialogue, exchange and cooperation between the two shores of the Mediterranean, with a natural extension to Sub-Saharan Africa. It contributes from an academic and cultural perspective to the development and strengthening of regional integration in the Europe-Mediterranean-Africa area.

The UEMF wants to be a research university which gives great importance to the three cycles of university training. Its training programs are designed to give the laureates a strong potential for employability and / or entrepreneurship to create startups, spinouts and spinoffs. It also conducts high-level research meeting the needs of society and aims to be one of the major engines of development in the Fez-Meknes region.

Finally, the UEMF is gradually establishing itself as one of the leaders in digital transformation and also a high place of innovation and entrepreneurship.   

MISSION

Regional Integration: Contribute to the development and strengthening of regional integration by promoting intercultural dialogue, academic and cultural exchange and partnerships in the Euro-Mediterranean-Africa area.

Human capital: Create a high place of knowledge, creation and innovation that is multidimensional, multicultural and multilingual to first train responsible citizens aware of their rights, but also of their duties and imbued with universal and multidimensional values ​​in terms of openness, living together, knowing how to be, critical thinking and respect for others and the environment.

Targeted research: Carry out high-level research that responds to socio-economic challenges and to changing technology and societal needs.

High place of reflection: to be a high place of reflection and proposals concerning the transformation of society, the challenges of regional integration and development models.

Targeted research:  Innovation and transfer: Work to establish an environment conducive to innovation, the creation and transfer of knowledge and technologies.

Local involvement: To be one of the engines of economic, cultural and social development of the Fès-Meknes Region and by extension of Morocco.
