Evergreen Life Care is a community based not-for-profit organisation committed to providing professional and quality residential, care and support services to cater for aged and disabled people of all needs and lifestyles.
Through its various entities and services, including residential aged care, independent living and community care, Evergreen Life Care places the wants and needs of its clients at its core and assists them to maintain their independence and chosen lifestyle.
Evergreen Life Care is also a member of PACE Aged Care - a collaboration of Central Coast based aged care organisations.
Evergreen Life Care is the umbrella body that encompasses the Central Coast’s Yallambee Village, Yallambee Lodge and Coast Home Help. As a community based, not-for-profit organisation, Evergreen Life Care provides care and support for aged veterans, disabled and elderly persons through a variety of services including residential aged care, independent living and community care. They strive to provide the perfect environment for retirement living on the Central Coast, they do this by having friendly staff, amazing facilities along with beautiful gardens.
Originally established in 1987 as Gosford RSL Leisure Living Limited, Evergreen Life Care is registered under the Companies Act as a not for profit company limited by guarantee.
Their mission is to deliver high quality, innovative, flexible and person centred care and services to people in the communities they serve to assist them to maintain their independence and chosen lifestyle.
Evergreen Life Care’s mission reflects their commitment to choice for those that they serve. This choice is met through the range of services that they provide coupled with the innovative way in which they respond to their clients’ needs.
