Evolved Energy Research
About

Evolved Energy Research is a consulting company that advises on strategies for deep decarbonization of the energy economy. Their clients include other consulting companies, government and regulating bodies (inside and outside the U.S.), large technology or manufacturing companies, and NGOs. Typically they will help organizations understand the near term business or policy implications that stem from the need to deeply decarbonize the economy before 2050. Evolved Energy Research contributes to the Deep Decarbonization Pathways Project (DDPP) by leading the analysis for the U.S. team and manages an open source model called EnergyPATHWAYS that is used by energy professionals for long term scenario planning in the energy economy.

Their clients include consulting companies, government and regulating bodies, large technology and manufacturing companies, utilities, and NGOs. They help organizations understand the near-term business and policy implications that stem from the need to deeply decarbonize the economy by mid-century. Through training and support on the open-source software their team maintains and through other consulting engagements, they help their clients drive change.
