Created in 2017 Exagone International SAS is the new company of SFEH and Homt groups.
They  build, manage and implement large infrastructure projects from France in strategic sectors such as health, agriculture, transport, environment, networks and energy.

SFEH Group has conceives and carries out turnkey hospital projects, installed medical equipment and organised training sessions aimed at Doctors, Engineers and Biomedical Technicians. Since its creation in 1985, SFEH has carried out more than 170 projects all over the world.

Homt Group complete large-scale infrastructure projects for governments and private companies. Homt has a worldwide presence, including Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and Middle East.
