For many years, the foundation of production was school catalogs. In the waves of the first financial crisis, one began to realize the necessity of raising eyes and finding new ways forward. This led to Håkan Larsson 1998 being recruited as new CEO. Exacta's growth then increased continuously, both organically and through acquisitions.
Part of the strategy was to look at other companies to start the growth. Contrary to current practice in the industry, it was decided to merge two companies with the Malmötryckeriet Printing's owner in order to create a new strong company called Exakta Printing. This happened in 2010. During the following years, new companies within the Group were acquired and formed.
In 2014, it was time for another big step when Patrick Andersson, owner of reputed Drukfolket AB, founded in 1979, came in as a partner in the Exacta Group. This created a new, well-consolidated ownership constellation under the group name Exakta Group AB.
Exakta has taken the step into the future where we continue to adapt to our customers' current and future needs. We are a constantly learning organization and have, on acquisition, seen the obvious in taking advantage of our new colleagues' skills and experiences.
The Exacta Group is a privately owned company that is in strong growth and expands both organically and through acquisitions. Exactly with operations in Malmö, Borås and Hässleholm have about 260 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 500 million. The Group consists of a number of subsidiaries with different adjacent areas. Our strength is our breadth, which enables us to meet our customers in different stages of need.
