Their capabilities extend to project planning, project documentation, and project financial modeling. They have proven experience in planning and execution of big and complex infrastructure projects.
Exodus & Company (Pvt) Ltd is a Zimbabwean registered company, which commenced operations in December 2007. The company is registered as a private company, under registration number 32378/2007 and is wholly owned by indigenous Zimbabweans.
Our original business model involved the provision of specialised advisory and investment services, with major focus on managing investment needs of the family members and close relatives. As a major component of financing company start up costs, the owners of the company divested their 28% ownership from Premier Finance Group Limited, now Ecobank Zimbabwe.
In pursuit of growth, we acquired NDH Equities (Private) Limited in January 2010 from NDH Holdings Limited. The company, operating since 1999, is a registered member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and is licenced by the Securities Commission of Zimbabwe in terms of the Securities Act (Chapter 24:25). The company has since been rebranded to Platinum Securities (Pvt) Ltd.
In April 2010, we made another acquisition of MBCA Capital Management (Private) Limited, a fund and wealth management company. It is registered in terms of the Asset Management Act, (Chapter 24:26)and the Securities Act (Chapter 24:25) and is regulated by the Securities Commission of Zimbabwe. The company was founded in 1999, as the asset management division of MBCA Holdings Zimbabwe (a subsidiary of Nedbank SA). The fund manager has been rebranded to Platinum Investment managers (Pvt) Ltd.
During the same period we made the above acquistions, we restructured the business, and in the process, formed a a new brand, Platinum Groupe (Pvt) Ltd, and transferred all investment management activities and financial adviosry services of Exodus & Company (Pvt) Ltd, MBCA Capital Management (Pvt) Ltd and NDH Equities (Pvt) Ltd to operate as subsidiaries of Platinum Groupe (Pvt) Ltd.
Following this restructuring of the bsuiness in 2010, Exodus & Company (Pvt) Ltd refocussed its business model to a real estate developmentand infrastructure construction company.
