FAI operates a fleet of 21 aircraft in VIP charter and air ambulance, inclusive a fleet of 6 aircraft providing Special Mission Services for the world´s largest NGO.

In addition to UN, FAI is also approved service provider of ICRC (Intl. Committee of the Red Cross), WFP (World Food Program) and other global acting Health and Relief Organizations.

FAI’s current fleet consists of: 2 Learjet 55, 11 Learjet 60/60XR, 5 Challenger 604 and 3 Bombardier Global Express. One of these aircraft (a LR60XR) is operated under an aircraft management contract or on behalf of corporate owner.

FAI holds an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by the German Federal Ministry of Transport under license no. D-049 AOC, as well as a Maintenance License for aircraft of the manufacturer Learjet-Bombardier and Falcon Dassault, license no. DE.145.0062 EASA Part-145. FAI also operates an in-house pilot-training center (APPROVED TRAINING ORGANISATION; ATO) under license no. DE.ATO.062.

All three licenses are quality seals, certifying that all quality requirements are met for air transport, maintenance and pilot-training. This is compulsory for all German Air Service Operators.
