FAIR CONSTRUCTION originally launched its building and civil works operations in Uganda in 1986 but was established in Rwanda in 1995. A  pioneer in the the indegenous large scale construction industry here in Rwanda, today we are still one of the leading construction firms in Rwanda.

Our multi-disciplined Building Division remains one of the most trusted in the industry charged with constructing some of Kigali's most iconic structures such as:

• BCDI Building (now part of ECOBANK Group)
• Kigali Institute of Science & Technology Phases 1, 2 & 3
