The Group was established in 1980 under Fargo Services (HK) Ltd and today the corporate interests consist mainly of investments in subsidiaries, associate or related companies operating in 4 sectors: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Agencies, Manufacturing and Distribution mostly in China, India, and Vietnam.
Fargo Services (HK) Ltd, which is the Hong Kong based Headquarters of the Group, provides financial, logistical, administrative and business strategy support to the various entities.
All subsidiaries, associate and related companies are unlisted investments run by independent Managing Directors. Fargo Services directors sit on each of these companies boards.
