Fibabanka A.Ş., which joined Fiba Group on 27/12/2010, Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Aydin, Bursa, Denizli, Diyarbakir, Duzce, Eskisehir, Gaziantep, Icel, Istanbul, Izmir, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Manisa, Mugla In Sanliurfa, Tekirdag, with a total of 72 branches, Corporate, Commercial, SME, Individual, Agriculture and Private Banking. With the Shareholders Agreement dated 23/10/2015 , the first step towards making Fibabanka a shareholder of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) was made and as a result of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting dated 21/12/2015, shareholder. The current shareholding rate in each of their Bank is 8,96%.

With the Shareholding Agreement dated 03/06/2016, TurkFinance BV became the shareholder of Fibabanka with a share of 9.95%, and as a result of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 31/08/2016, their Bank became a shareholder.
