Finance Montréal, Quebec's financial cluster, was created in 2010 by stakeholders in the financial world at the invitation of the Quebec government. Organization bringing together governing members, partners, associates, and nearly 300 volunteer professionals, Finance Montréal's mission is to develop and promote the financial services industry in Quebec. The organization works to improve Montreal's reputation as a world-class financial center and carries out international canvassing activities in order to attract foreign financial companies there by promoting various tax measures, including the CFI tax credit.
