Fiscus undertake advisory, research and training assignments in the areas of public finance management and public policy. Our primary focus is on the public administration systems and public policy processes of developing and transition countries.

An additional interest is in the reform of aid delivery systems so as to support the creation of stronger public administration systems within developing country governments. A particular area of expertise is in the design and evaluation of General and Sector Budget support and results-based Financial aid.

Fiscus was established in August 2007 and comprises of two full-time directors, an in house team and a variety of associates. These bring an extensive combined experience of PFM and public policy issues in the OECD countries and in developing and transition countries in Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, the South Pacific and Africa. The Fiscus team is multi-lingual working in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
