FiBS has been working for 25 years on educational and socio-economic topics at German, European and worldwide level. With different focus, they look at educational areas and relate them to social, innovative, digital and labor market issues. In this way, they want to contribute to the concept of lifelong learning.
Their project leaders and senior researchers each have their own thematic and methodological focus and are experienced in interdisciplinary cooperation within the framework of multi-professional project teams. The younger employees also contribute their professional, methodological and cultural experience and complete the broad spectrum. Organizational, team and staff development takes place both within the projects (learning-on-the-job) and in formalized settings - they learn from their scientific work and put the knowledge gained into practice.
The FiBS currently consists of a total of 11 people who bring diverse experience and different skills as well as professional and ethnic backgrounds. This enables us to work on the projects entrusted to us from different perspectives, experiences and points of view, and represents a major advantage within the framework of their national and international orientation as well as the wide range of topics. Reconciling work and family life is just as natural as - self-responsible - flexible Working hours.
