Through its network of 3,123 dialysis clinics in North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Africa, Fresenius Medical Care provides dialysis treatment to 256,456 patients around the globe. Fresenius Medical Care is also the world's largest provider of dialysis products, such as hemodialysis machines, dialyzers and related disposable products.

Our worldwide operations are divided into two segments: North America and International.

The International segment consists of the three regions: Europe/ Middle East/Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America which allows for proximity to patients and customers, awareness of local environments and needs and focused activities.
