In 1986 Salvadoran entrepreneurs of great vision and with the determination to promote the development of education in our country, at different levels created the Business Foundation for Educational Development, FEPADE.

This is the start of a new stage in the educational process in El Salvador. The philosophical bases that underpin the work of FEPADE, are: work in a free enterprise system, act in an apolitical way, non-profit, continuous improvement, customer service and the integral development of Education and Training of all Salvadorans without distinction of race, religion, political preference and economic rank.

Since its inception, FEPADE has set out to effectively train as many people as possible, in order to guarantee them the early obtaining of jobs and thus improve their standard of living.

The achievements obtained are significant, thanks to the excellent work of the members of its Board of Directors, who, aware of the vital importance of this project, invest the necessary time to determine the policies and ensure the realization of these.

The philosophy of FEPADE personnel is teamwork, responsibility in obtaining goals, personal initiative and updating.

The Institutional image of FEPADE is based on the quality of its educational services, which are characterized by their effectiveness and organization.

In short, updating, creativity, participatory communication, respect for personal initiatives, quality principles and the visionary commitment of educational development define the philosophical framework of our foundation.
