About

The Fundación INFOCAL was created by DS22105 of December 29, 1988, starting its activities in June 1989, as a Public Law Institution, decentralized at the departmental level, operating from 1989 to 1995, the principle of tripartism: Government - Private Enterprise - Workers, under the tuition of the Ministry of Human Development.

Then, the Confederation of Private Employers of Bolivia (CEPB) assumed the responsibility of taking charge of training and job training, through a National Private Foundation. On January 17, 1996 an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Human Development and the Confederation of Private Employers of Bolivia, with the purpose of creating the National Foundation for Training and Labor Training, INFOCAL Foundation, endorsed by the D.S. 24240 of February 14, 1996.

They are a nationally recognized institution, leader, pioneer and competitive in education for work, with technical and human quality, which promotes entrepreneurship and commitment to the sustainable development of the community, region and country.

Mission

To train people who are integral, enterprising, competent in their field of work, who at the same time are professionals committed to the development of their community, region and country. Train and update human resources in skills and useful skills to improve their work performance.
