The Foundation for the Development of the Center of Peru - FUDEC - PERU is a private legal entity constituted in accordance with the provisions of the current Civil Code (Chapter of Foundations) , as well as Resolution No. 2738-CU-2003 , registered with Public Deeds No. 0535 and Nº0556 dated November 25, 2003 and December 11, 2003, recognized with Resolution Nº026-2004-JUS / CSF issued by the Supervisory Board of Foundations of Peru, dated December 13, 2004 .

The purpose of the FUDEC PERU is to contribute to the development of the National University of the Center of Peru, as well as to implement spaces for the application of higher education, training, as well as to carry out and / or promote the execution of scientific research projects, projects of socio-economic investment, integral and sustainable development projects according to the social needs of the central zone of the country contributing to the integration and development.

The Foundation for the Development of the Center of Peru - FUDEC - PERU, celebrates six years of creation. Like any company by its nature, it is born and then develops, and if in its attempt to develop fails, unfortunately disappears.

In this way, FUDEC PERU has had moments of crisis that reached the limits, but thanks to the strategies and changes implemented by the new management (2005-2009 period) they have managed to consolidate the bases for their development.
