Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC – independent and certified TSO, provides operation of the gas transmission system of Ukraine, delivers natural gas to Ukrainian customer and EU markets.

Company’s head office joins four regions that manage twenty linear divisions with the 11.100 high skilled professionals working all over Ukraine.

The company was founded in 2019 following the requirements of the law of Ukraine “On the Natural Gas Market” that aims to bring Ukraine gas market in full alignment with the EU’s Third Energy Package and separate its gas transmission system from supply and production.

On January 1, 2020 the unbundling project was completed. OGTSU LLC was transferred from Ukrtransgaz JSC (Naftogaz Group) to the ownership and management of the state company MGU PJSC, 100% of which is held by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
