The main activity of GECI L.t.d is infrastructure construction area. GECI L.t.d has started its activity in the year 1994 and during this period has successfully concluded various contractual agreements mainly in:

Constructions of: roads, highways, bridges, asphalt adjustment, road maintainance, landfill etc. Civil and industrial contructions, reconstructions, supply with relevant electrical instalation, hydrosanitary etc.

Constructions of: water supply, water deposit, other lines of supplying transmitions, sanitation etc.

GECI L.t.d owes more than 150 mechanisms, machineries and equipments that enable the successful implementation and execution of all construction projects.

During its activity GECI L.t.d has constructed over 400 km national roads, about 500 linear meters bridges of various spaces, and a total turnover of more than 100 million Euro in infrastructure construction.

Since 2004 GECI L.t.d has been one of the main shareholders of the largest Hotel and Conference Centre in Albania, “Tirana International Hotel & Conference Center”.

In 2011, GECI L.t.d with the sole proprietorship of Mr. Ram Geci bought 100% of the shares of Tirana International Hotel & Conference Centre. According to the evaluation of international companies, the total value of Tirana International Hotel & Conference Center exceeds 50 million Euro.
