The General Delegation for the Rapid Entrepreneurship of Women and Youth (DER) is a structure set up by the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Macky SALL. Created with a view to establishing a sustainable catalyst framework for the achievement of significant economic performance and fully felt by the populations, the DER inscribes its intervention within the framework of the efforts made and actions deployed by the State of Senegal and its various partners.

Objectives of the DER

- Promote entrepreneurship and self-employed people nationwide

- Create jobs for young people and women to fight against unemployment, underemployment, poverty and precariousness

- Promote the emergence of national champions in promising sectors for the Senegalese and sub-regional economy
