It is an autonomous entity, with its own assets, legal status, autonomy in its internal regime and independence in the exercise of its functions, which will have the power to regulate, interpret, supervise and advise on the contractor selection procedures carried out by state institutions. , subject to the supervision of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic and the policies of the Executive Branch, for which the liaison will be the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
