- Innovation Program in Decentralization and Active Schools (USAID / AprenDes), executed by the Academy for Educational Development (AED), between July 2003 and August 2009.
- Support Program for the Reform in the Quality of Basic Education (USAID / PERU / SUMA), executed by Family Health International (FHI 360), between September 2009 and June 2014.
Both programs have contributed significantly to the main educational reforms in Peru, and in their process they have built and validated tools, methodologies and formed teams of professionals inspired to develop experiences of value creation with high social impact.
They are the result of the interaction of the ideas put into action (management) and the critical look of our actions (continuous learning) with a local and global vision of the social agenda, which gives birth to our name GESTIONA Y LEARN .
