GETRA DISTRIBUTION is the Group company engaged in the production of electrical transformers for medium voltage distribution networks. The production plant is among the first in Europe in this sector for production capacity and process technology, with a high degree of robotization and, therefore, product reliability. The secondary distribution transformers are capable of a high level of efficiency, with a reduction in no-load losses thanks to the realization of new-generation magnetic cores, built with high permeability magnetic sheet metal or amorphous magnetic material. The GETRA ENGINERING & CONSULTING provides to all companies of the Group of engineering services, insurance, quality, environment and safety. It supports all management activities related to the core business. GETRA SERVICE is the Group company engaged in commissioning and global service activities for world wide customers, specializing in transformer maintenance and revamping, to ensure effective and constant assistance anywhere in the world. The company has as its mission the global management of the customers' transformer fleet. It takes care of integrating the assembly process, commissioning and maintenance, which essentially consists of predictive monitoring and diagnostic checks, scheduled and extraordinary maintenance, emergency service, complete overhaul of the transformers. GETRA ECOPOWER is the Group company whose mission is the design and construction of plants for the production of energy from renewable sources, in particular geothermal, solar thermal, wind and photovoltaic systems, including services and related activities. Getra Ecopower is also engaged in research and development activities aimed at implementing innovative projects in the field of energy efficiency and electric mobility. For the implementation of these projects it avails itself of the collaboration of Universities and research institutions operating in Campania and nationally.
