The goal of this merger is to build on the strengths of two leading companies to create a global team, adding significant growth and scale to our business, while retaining the advantages of our private, employee-ownership business model. On July 1 2015, CRA changed its name to GHD and we are now operating as one company. Together we hope to provide our clients with a deeper and more diverse talent pool, across a broader geographic footprint, while maintaining the high level of service and responsiveness for which we are known.
