GIS-OMICRON has been acting as a Group since 2007. However, the current constituent companies have an extensive experience, beginning in 1978 with the establishment of OMICRON. CIESA and AMEPRO were established in 1981 and 1982 respectively. The merger of OMICRON and AMEPRO was carried out in 2004. Gestión Integral del Suelo Ltd. was established in 1996. Finally, Gestión Integral del Suelo Ltd, fully acquired OMICRON - AMEPRO and CIESA in 2007.
 

Since the establishment of Gestión Integral del Suelo Ltd by professionals coming from different fields of engineering, the goal then - now substantially achieved was to form a consulting company with a clear vocation for excellence in its work and services to customers.
 

So far, since its establishment, there has been significant work with customer service vocation that has allowed us developing some of the most important projects in fields we have carry out.
 

The services we provide, include everything necessary since the goal is raised, until final completion of the project, fully customized to client needs and preferences. Our teams are multidisciplinary and their management flexibility is absolute.
 

Since its establishment in 1996 to the present, success has been with us, so that it has generated significant growth in both turnover and the employees number; these - who are the main asset of the company are included into different work fields, that form a flexible and permeable structure represented in his organization chart.
 

The quality requirements that Group has imposed have been reflected in the implementation of a Quality System, which reaches the level of project development activities of Urbanism, Civil Engineering, Control, Monitoring and Management of Work, Buildings and Projects and Coordinating Committees on Safety and Health, and has been certified by the Spanish Association for Standardization (AENOR).
 

Finally, we can point out the absolute commitment of this company to the Sustainability and Environment. This commitment pervades all our activities, implementing an Environmental Management System that has also been certified by the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR). 

Group turnover reached 17 million Euros in 2008.
