The company, with the main offices then located in Puka, started its activity in 1994. It operates in the civil and industrial constructions sectors. Gjoka Konstruksion sh.a. company started with smaller projects of a smaller value, although they were complicated. By taking in consideration the difficulties of that time, when Albania had just started to transit towards a democratic system and a market economy, this is easy to understand.
