Mario Babin and Dr. Eric Audras-Guité became sole owners of Global Assistance & Healthcare.

Today, with over 500 employees, Global Assistance & Healthcare offers Assistance, TPA, Remote Medical services, Car Assistance, Second Medical Opinion, Medical Check Ups via Alarm Centre and 8 Medical Centers.
