Global Justice, part of the Coffey Group of Companies, is a global consulting and project management business specialising in development assistance to governments, major development agencies and other national-level clients in the areas of law, justice, security, policing, emergency responses and governance. Our successes span a diverse range of projects in both developed and developing countries in Australasia, South East Asia, the Sub Continent, Africa, the Middle East and the Pacific. Global Justice was established in 2003 and has enjoyed consistent but prudent growth.
The company supports the implementation of capacity building programs in the law, justice and security sectors (institutional strengthening) and with non-government organisations (civil society strengthening). Our specialism in the law and justice sector has resulted in Global Justice being: the sole managing contractor; part of a consortium; or a service provider in support of both bilateral and multilateral programs. These have included: the Cambodia Criminal Justice Assistance Program (CCJAP – phases II and III); Australia/Fiji Law and Justice Sector Program (AFLJSP); the Maldives Police Project; Pacific Regional Policing Initiative (PRPI); Pacific Police Development Program (PPDP) - covering some 18 police agencies across 14 countries; Samoa Police Project (SPP); the Timor Leste Police Development Program (TLPDP); Justice Initiatives Facilitation Fund in Vietnam (JIFF); Conduct of the 2nd National Survey as part of the Judicial Reform Support Project in the Philippines; and, the Pacific Judicial Development Program (PJDP).
