Global Management and Consulting Services (GMCS), Inc. is a woman-owned international consultancy dedicated to promoting environmentally and socially sustainable development in Russia and the CIS.

GMCS was founded in 1993 and quickly grew to provide a wide spectrum of professional services to a range of clients operating primarily under the IBRD loans to Russia and the CIS. Since then GMCS has worked on a number of critical development projects financed by the international financing agencies and was the first foreign company to be awarded a research and development contract by the Russian Ministry of the Economy. Project Development

There are numerous opportunities to invest in socially and environmentally sustainable projects in Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries. These countries in transition from Soviet-era centrally planned economy have inefficient and often outdated industrial bases that are ripe for emission reducing energy efficiency and fuel-switching investments.
