Who we are

GAD provide actuarial advice and support to the government and public sector, helping our clients to understand and analyse financial risk and uncertainty for a wide range of contemporary issues.

GAD is a shared service supplier to the government, devolved administrations and public bodies.

GAD employ more than 200 people across 2 offices (London and Edinburgh), including around 175 actuaries and analysts.

What we do

GAD skilled actuaries apply their sector-specific knowledge, mathematical expertise, and statistical analysis to evaluate risks and predict their financial impact.

GAD assess the impact of climate change, disaster risk financing, nuclear decommissioning, health and social care, pensions, investments, and more.

Using modern technologies, GAD model risk and create digital tools to best serve our clients.

GAD analyse and advise on pension schemes, insurance and contingent liabilities, financial risk, and social security. GAD also provide financial modelling and quality assurance.
