Consultants DPRM has been, since 1994, the promoter of sound governance within non-profit organizations. Forerunner, Roméo Malenfant, Ph.D., has developed a model of good governance that allows boards to better understand their real roles.

The model proposes effective and dynamic principles and practices that greatly improve the overall functioning of organizations. The concept proposes 3 premises, 5 principles, 18 practices and 8 roles for the Board of Directors.

The Strategic Governance ® wants to be a model of how a board of various organizations. Since the Board is the responsible body, its directors and senior management need practical principles and rules for optimal functioning.

Accountability is the need to account for one's actions. Whether this accountability is done at a general meeting, at the various levels of government or directly at the public, it is a must. However, our society lacks accountability either through negligence, ignorance or ill will.
