What is the delivery delay?

Delivery time

• Express Delivery, 1 - 2 business days

  If you place your order before 2:30 pm, it will be shipped the same day.

• Your order should arrive within 2 working days if you order after 14:30. However, delivery of customized products may take an extra day.

• However, it is possible that during orders, orders take a little longer.

We will do our best to deliver your order the same day or the next business day. However, during sales, orders may take a little longer.

Our warehouse will be closed on the following dates:   02.10.2014, 25.12.2014, 26.12.2014, 1.01.2015

Delivery times for orders placed on these dates will be extended from 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery rules and restrictions

• Orders are shipped only during business days. The working days are from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays in the Republic of Guinea.
• We can not deliver in post boxes.
• All delivery notes must be signed at the time of receipt.
