Created in 1997, the Véto Services SA Group, was known under the name Veto Service SARL with a capital of 10,000,000 FCFA by the contribution made by three partners. Gradually, one of the shareholders, in this case the company VLD SARL liquidated its share given its difficulties, and withdrew permanently from the company on 31/12/2003.

At the end of 2004, given the evolution of activities in the livestock sector, the company Véto Services SARL decided to open its capital to veterinarians and breeders. Thus the capital of Véto Services will increase from 10,000,000 FCFA to 512,420,000 FCFA with more than 60 shareholders. VETO SERVICES SARL becomes Groupe Veto Services SA on 02/01/06.

Registered in the Commercial Register under the number RC No. 21895 B, its registration at the National Institute of Statistics and Analysis in Economics (INSAE) was made under the number 2946217646802.

MISSION/VALUES

The Véto Services Group is a structure that contributes to the improvement of animal health and nutrition in Benin and in the West African subregion.

It is based on three fundamental principles to succeed its mission and impose itself by its professionalism:

• Quality  : The GVS imports its medicines and inputs from major European laboratories such as Laprovet, Ceva, Alfasan, Act, etc., and produces its food with well-selected raw materials to provide good quality food to its customers.
• Proximity  : the GVS has distributors who distribute its products to the people throughout the national territory and even in the most remote corners of the country.
• Satisfaction  : the GVS has opening hours (Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30, Saturday and holidays from 07:30 to 13:00, except August 1, Tabaski, Christmas and January 1) and very flexible conditions of sale for satisfy his customers.
