In more than 40 years of history, the Marquise Group is a presence that marks in the national market and reinforces a diversified profile in the business, maintaining the quality of the services provided and the position of largest construction company in the North / Northeast, according to the 500 Grandes da Construção , edition 2015, of the magazine O Empreiteiro.
The Group emerged in 1974, on the initiative of entrepreneurs José Carlos Pontes and Erivaldo Arraes. Currently, it is present in 15 cities and eight Brazilian states, operating in the following areas: incorporations, infrastructure, environmental services, hotel, communication, shopping center, citizen service centers. Soon, the Group should also enter the popular fashion segments, with Fashion Center in Fortaleza, and hospitals, with the Regional Metropolitan Hospital in Maracanaú. There are more than 200 works.
ACTING
Present in 15 cities and eight Brazilian states, the Marquise Group has been leaving excellence and commitment in each work performed and in each service provided. In Ceará, we are present with Marquise Incorporações, Marquise Infraestrutura, Ceará Cidadão / Vapt Vupt, Hotel Gran Marquise, Ecofor (in Fortaleza), Marquise Ambiental (Aquiraz and Eusébio), EcoCaucaia (in Caucaia), Fashion Center and Parangaba Shopping Center.
In São Paulo, they have EcoOsasco, EcoTaubaté and EcoUrbis, in the urban cleaning segment. Also in this field, they work with EcoPorto in Porto Velho (RO), with the Marquise Ambiental in Manaus (AM), São Gonçalo (RJ), Natal (RN) and João Pessoa (PB). In Paraíba, they also left their mark through Marquise Infraestrutura, in the construction of the Acauã Channel, and drove the Tambaú Tambaú System (TV Tambaú, Nova Tambaú FM and Portal Tambaú 247).
