Grupo Tragsa acts as instrumental means and executes the works entrusted to it via agreements by the State General Administration, the Autonomous Communities and Municipalities.

Grupo Tragsa is constituted by the parent company Tragsa, Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., established in 1977, and by Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., Tragsatec. 

TRAGSA
Tragsa, parent company of the Group, established in 1977, has been executing the actions entrusted to it by the different administrations for more than 30 years; its works being considered as if carried out by the Administration itself.

It is present and established throughout the entire Spanish geography and it has a highly qualified staff, hard and auxiliary machinery, transport elements, work vehicles, and its own technology in order to carry out any type of work regarding rural development and nature conservation as well as to immediately provide emergency services, as a result of nature and climate disasters.

Its activities, based on its commitment to sustainable development, aim to increase the quality of life of the inhabitants of rural and coastal areas, starting from the rational exploitation of natural resources and the use of state-of-the-art, efficient and environmentally-friendly technologies.

TRAGSATEC
Established in 1989 as subsidiary company of the parent company Tragsa, Tragsatec is an innovative company for the development of engineering and leader in avant-garde technology.

Tragsatec carries out engineering, consultancy and technical support activities in terms of agriculture, forests and rural, environmental and marine development, both with studies and projects and technical services.

Since November 2010, Tragsatec has incorporated to its action range the functions that used to be entrusted to Tragsega, which, since it was established in 2001, was in charge of the execution of actions, works and provision of services in the animal husbandry and animal world sectors, as well as of food quality and safety, public health and the environmental issues related to the fauna.
