Where does GCHP operate?
GCHP service area is the Gulf Coast region, from Texas to Florida. At this time, it has projects actively under development in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. What type of projects does GCHP develop?
GCHP pursues commercial and residential and developments with transformative potential, both for the end users and the communities where they are located.

Its commercial properties are high-impact spaces that enliven neighborhoods with new amenities and energy in keeping with the unique scale and texture of the surrounding area.
Its residential projects are socially and economically integrated, affordable and sustainable, serving people with a wide range of incomes. It focuses on meeting the housing needs of moderate- and low-income and vulnerable populations, partnering with skilled service providers to support the special needs of the elderly, the homeless, and those struggling with mental illness and substance abuse.

Who are the partners in the “Partnership?”
GCHP could not accomplish its mission without the contributions of our partners that include public and private funders, project lenders and investors, service providers, and state and local public entities, among others. Over the last 10 years, GCHP has developed a track record of performance in real estate problem-solving that keeps our partners returning to pursue subsequent endeavors.

GCHP undertakes most of our developments in partnership with others: service providers, for profit and nonprofit developers, public partners, and other mission focused organizations. It works in tandem with partners and put its experience, expertise and resources to work in pursuit of their vision. These project partners include a wide array of organizations whose missions range from homelessness prevention to the performing arts.
