As a founder of the “Jam Factory Art Center”, HBCE is creating a unique space in the periphery of the UNESCO heritage city of Lviv, Ukraine, which aims to bring together music, performance, media and visual arts as well as educational practices.

All their activities build on the conviction that transformative processes can only be successful if change happens not only on state and govenrment levels, but also in those core spheres that shape the development of society long-term – culture and education.
