Founded as a UK partnership of lawyers and accountants in 1991, Harley Reed was incorporated as a UK limited company in 1993. The Ghana office was opened as a sister company in 1996 and in 2009 the business was restructured with the establishment of Harley Reed International as the UK based holding company of a growing pan-African business.

Now based in 6 countries (UK, Ghana, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, Zimbabwe), Harley Reed intends to further expand across the European, African and Middle East markets to offer a broad range of integrated professional services.

They offer CIPS, ACCA, CIM, CIMA, CILEx & CILT training, advisory services and consultancy in supply chain, assurance and accounting in the UK and across Africa.
