HB Consultants Ltd. has solid track record in delivering many successful projects for donors such as ADB, World Bank, DfID, CARE, Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and European Commission and has extensive background in public and private sector reform projects in different disciplines of Bangladesh. One of our most featured projects include DfIDs Financial Management Reform Programme (FMRP), a flagship project undertaken by the Govt of Bangladesh, which aims to create a long-term effect on the whole system of financial management.
Another of our high profile projects is the DfID funded Managing At The Top 2 (MATT 2) Bangladesh Public Service Capacity Building Programme, which is being implemented to create conditions for incremental administrative reform and performance improvement within the Bangladesh Civil Service and to create a critical mass of reform-minded civil servants.
Over the last 10 years, HB’s remarkable success in the local market has not only improved its knowledge-base, professional experience and expertise but also has enabled it to successfully spread its operations internationally.
