HERING dd started operating in 1995 as a limited liability company. Dana 4.12.2006. In the year the company changed its form of business and since then it has been operating as a joint stock company.

The main activities of the companies are the erection of buildings (construction of reinforced concrete works, facade and insulation works), construction of structures of civil engineering (construction of viaducts, overpasses, underpasses, retaining walls, highways), maintenance of structures, construction of roof structures and roofs, hydraulic structures, production of concrete construction products - prefabricated elements and structures that require special construction and equipment (prestressing and injection) and concrete production.
