SUPPORT FOR DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

Aim

-In Part of ODA(Official Development Assistance) of Korean Government, HRDKorea transmit orean HRD system to developing countries.

 

Promotor

• KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency): grant aid and technical cooperation programs
• KOEXIM BANK (Korea Export-Import Bank): Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) through which concessional loans for development projects were provided to the governments of developing countries

Programs

• Invitation training for vocational training instructors and managers
• Consulting services based on the feasibility study (F/S) considering the analysis on the labor markets of recipient countries
• Dispatch of Experts(vocational training, qualification testing, labor market analysis and other fields for improving national HRD system and policy)

 

Training Venue

• HRDKorea established SIVAT (Seoul Institute for Vocational training in Advanced Technology)in Incheon in 1989 for international training centers.
