Formation and development process:

The Hydraulic Engineering Consultants Corp. II (Joint-Stock), is one of the leading consultants in the field of hydraulic engineering. Functions of the Corporation consist of study, survey and investigation, design, and construction supervision of projects, hydraulic and hydropower works, and infrastructures, etc. all over the country where the main areas of activity include the Mekong Delta area, the Southeast Vietnam area, and Highland.

During the operation, the Corporation has step by step affirmed its position, role, and great services contributed to the building and development cause of the whole country’s Hydraulic career.

The Hydraulic Engineering Consultants Corp. II was formerly the Water Resources Institute for Survey and Design under the Ministry of Water Resources (Hereafter the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) and has been established since 1956.
