ICB was founded in 1981 by a group of experts to provide integrated management and engineering consulting services to government, NGOs, development projects, and private sector in Egypt, Middle East and Africa.

ICB is involved in institutional development, management, human resources development, training, engineering, agriculture, rural development, Quality, environment, and health. ICB, also, provides complementary management advisory services, which include financial and marketing services, management information systems, as well as occupational health and safety.
