ICF GHK is the brand name of GHK Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries. In February 2012 GHK Holdings and its subsidiaries were acquired by ICF International, a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients.
ICF GHK is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with almost 200 employees and an extensive network of retained subconsultants. The services we offer cover the whole policy, programme and project cycle and include research, evaluation, financial and impact assessment, as well as implementation. We offer our services across the environment, social affairs, business and the economy. ICF GHK is also now able to bring to our clients the expertise and services of ICF International.
ICF GHK is an international business, serving clients around the world. Our group head office is in London, and there are two other offices in the UK (in Birmingham and Plymouth), as well as offices in Belgium, Poland, Hong Kong, Philippines, India and Pakistan. In addition, ICF International has more than 50 offices worldwide.
