History
The Health Sciences business unit of Imperial Logistics in South Africa was established in 2000 as PHD. The company was bought by RTT, which changed its name to RTT Medical. Imperial Logistics acquired RTT Medical in January 2013 and renamed the business as Imperial Health Sciences (IHS).
